Free Time

There are an abundance of opportunities for enjoyable free-time activities in and around the Camping Waldsee site, which has it’s own quaint natural swimming lake where the water quality is regularly tested (at least once a month). Some tips are:

Swimming, fishing, boating in inflatable or pedal, playing table tennis, participating in our school holiday program, or simply letting the sun shine on you.
 
The large forest adjacent is good for various discovery-full and enjoyable tours all year round. During berry and mushroom season, hiking can be an extra treat. Prepare a special camping menu from your wildness scavenges, be it on the camping stove or in the kitchen of one of our rental accommodations. Mmm, simply delicious!

For both hiking and biking tours, you can head out into the breathtaking landscape of Franken’s Seenland directly from our campsite. Enjoy the 400 km long biking trail network that is around our location.
