Cancellation conditions at the Camping Waldsee

pitch:

until 30 days before arrival: 5 Euro processing fee,
until 15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit,
until 8 days before arrival: 75% of the deposit,
under 8 days before arrival or non-arrival: 100% of the deposit.
Late arrival or early departure: full invoice amounts due (as booked)

Rental accommodation:

until 42 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit,
until 31 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit,
under 31 days before arrival or non-arrival: 100% of the deposit.
Late arrival or early departure: full invoice amounts due (as booked)

The cancellation must be made in writing, stating a valid bank account. The deposit will be charged to the guest minus above returned cancellation fees. In case of cancellation by post, the postmark forms the basis for the calculation of the lump-sum cancellation costs. Rebooking is possible without a legally binding claim of the guest. We recommend you purchase a cancellation insurance.
