Cancellation conditions at the Camping Waldsee

For deposit 5 Euro processing fee up to and including one day before arrival, otherwise the deposit
will be forfeited.

Rental accommodation:

until 42 days before arrival: 5 Euro processing fee,
until 31 days before arrival: 30% of the deposit,
until 21 days before arrival: 60% of the deposit,
up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the deposit,
under 14 days to arrival: 100% of the deposit

The cancellation must be made in writing, stating a valid bank account. The deposit will be charged to the guest minus above returned cancellation fees. In case of cancellation by post, the postmark forms the basis for the calculation of the lump-sum cancellation costs. Rebooking is possible without a legally binding claim of the guest. We recommend you purchase a cancellation insurance.
